Former Australian cricketer Shane Warne appears to have reached his limit on Vodafone’s network issues, tweeting on Twitter:

“Been a loyal customer and worked with Vodafone for a long time. But seriously improve network coverage asap or I’m leaving.”

The Australian telco has been struggling with network performance over recent times and late last year, Vodafone CEO Nigel Dews apologised personally to customers affected by the outage.

“Having customers who are happy with their service and their network experience is central to us, but unfortunately in recent weeks, some customers have had a disappointing and frustrating experience which I am very sorry for. Looking at your comments on various blogs including here on our own, it’s clear we could have done a better job at keeping you across what’s been happening.” Dews said in the Vodafone blog post.

Dews went on to say that he knows that won’t be enough.

“We have been working with customers on a case by case basis to understand individual situations, resolve the issues and see what we can do to put things right, but I appreciate that there may be some of you who are still unhappy.” he wrote.

Looks like you can now add Shane Warne to the list.
