LiteOn releases new 12X-speed Blu-ray burner

Taiwanese optical drive specialist Lite-On has released its second-generation 12X-speed Blu-ray drive. Called the iHBS212, the new drive will burn single-layer BD-R (write once) discs at 12X-speed, and double-layer BD-R media at 8X-speed.
